There’s probably a good reason this location has a 2.5 star review. Went to drop off a prepaid FedEx package that weighted 45 lbs. per Walgreens website 55 is the limit. I was turned away immediately by the worker there. She asked the weight and told me It was 35 lbs limit and tried to send me to a FedEx location 10-12 miles away!!! Very poor customer service and inadequate training. I went to the CVS Westfield location 1.2 miles away. I will forever avoid this location moving forward. Westfield rd only if I need to go Walgreens or just go to CVS for prescriptions.

This has got to be the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. They never have meds and always have to order everything. Just because they say they’ll order it doesn’t mean they actually will. Been there many times as well! Just an absolute clown show. Don’t waste your time. This place needs torn down and a fresh start.

Don’t get a passport photo! Post office wouldn’t accept it because it was taken incorrectly! They wouldn’t refund or give store credit because I didn’t have a receipt! Only $16 but come on….you clearly messed up.

Check at window named Stephen always rude. If he is assigned to the window, the window is never covered. You must wait quite a while before okyou push the button and then you’re told somebody somebody will be with you shortly. He expects you to get out of line and go back and get in line if he has a delay in his ability to fill or sell you your prescription. This Walgreens has wonderful pharmacists. Wes and Jacob are the best. However, the customer service is horrible. This particular tech, Steven talks over you. When you’re trying to tell him something so that you can’t even talk. He does not know how to treat customers, in my opinion.

Go somewhere else for Fedex shipping. Unhelpful and uninformed. Came in to drop off a FedEx package that I had already printed and processed a label for with correct dimensions and weight etc. they wouldn’t take it because it was “theft” with two boxes being attached. I talked to the manager and she said the same thing that they wouldn’t take it even though the sticker had the correct weight and dimensions of the package. The only reason I came in was because FedEx website had an issue and wouldn’t schedule a pickup. I just so happened to run into my regular FedEx driver on my way back to work and he took the package and told me that as long as the package is not going to come apart and has the correct information it is no issue. Hopefully both the Walgreens employee and manager read this
