I had an emergency dental appointment with Dr. Burns just before Christmas, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. They fit me in when I truly felt all hope was lost and treated me with such compassion and kindness. Dr. Burns and the entire team helped find a solution and gave me my dignity back for the holidays. I cannot say enough good things about this practice.

All of the staff are very friendly. The front desk personnel are very helpful, courteous and are very responsive to appointment changes. Cleanings are great and the hygienists always make sure they answer any questions. The Sr Doctor Burns has had issues my last two procedure visits. Both times I sat in the chair and had to wait a long time for him to show up after numbing, 15 minutes plus, even though he says he would be back in 5 minutes During my last filling procedure, he asks me to tilt my head and drills into the base of my tongue because he didn’t turn off drill. Needless to say it’s very painful. No apologies and all he said was to rinse with saltwater.

I’ve had a great experience here with all members of the staff. I’ve had to get some major work done and they have spent the time to explain everything to me, make sure I was aligned, offered alternatives, and also provided their support. They have reacted wonderfully when I needed a few things adjusted and accommodated schedules. All that and the cost has been reasonable.
