First time customer at Brow & Beauty Spa yesterday. Booking an appointment was user friendly. The whole experience was great honestly. I got my eye brows threaded and my nose hairs waxed! My normal place for eyebrow threading always pinches my skin while threading leaving blood and a couple sores, but this girl was spot on! No pain and very professional! I’ve been getting my lashes tinted for years and decided to try this salon since it’s close to home. When I arrived, the salon had a strong odor and an unclean feel. I was asked to sit in a regular salon chair instead of lying flat, which made the process uncomfortable and awkward. The technician said it was “impossible” to tint bottom lashes (which isn’t true) and used rough tape under my eyes instead of gel pads, which actually cut the crease of my eye. She left the dye on too long, watched videos with sound, took multiple phone calls during the appointment, and removed the dye with baby wipes that burned my skin.
