I have been very lax in keeping up with my dental exams, in fact I hadn't been to a dentist in about 14 years. Having been on a long period of neglecting my body with alcohol, bad food choices and lack of exercise. The penny eventually dropped and I've been sober for over 5 years now and lost 140 pounds. Anyway I decided to get my teeth taken care of. I went for my first exam here recently and, as I expected, there is quite a lot that needs to be done! Today was the first stage, a deep cleaning of my teeth. I was very nervous about it to start with but as soon as the hygienist started the procedure I started to feel more and more comfortable and relaxed. I had a fantastic experience with the hygiene dentist! Marianne! and the clinic was spotless and well-organized. My cleaning was thorough and gentle, and I left feeling refreshed and confident in my oral health. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. 🙂
