I am very upset with *Walgreens on greenwood in Niles Illinois* They have been very rude and unfortunately I have to write this review what had happened with my 7month baby last few weeks back, my baby had a upset tummy and was crying a lot so me and my brother went to this Walgreens and purchased Gripe water💧upon the counter and brought and gave it to the baby by 10pm in the night and within the time of 20 to 30 mins baby stated diarrhea and vomiting and we got more panic and tried to understand and see what's happening and when checked the bottle we observed that the gripe water bottle was expired 7 month back (July 2025) and got more panic as my baby was not getting better so end up in ER Worst came up more We end up staying entire night in ER with diffent test and what not We got a b

Again visited the location on 01/03/26 in the wee hours of the morning on a Saturday. The parking lot was empty, the store had maybe only three customers including myself and the one associate in the store wasn’t visible at first later never addressed me or spoke - minus a ⭐️. Otherwise the store had plenty of merchandise, plenty of sales merchandise housed on the shelves and for the first time pharmacy was completely emptied.

Always long line for the pharmacy. Here and there they take mandatory lunch break, basically poor management. It says 24 hours pharmacy. Can’t you manage to take turn and take a break instead all of them taking the break exactly at the same time? They even shut down the shutters. Unbelievable sometimes. I stopped by today again, 4 workers and told me pharmacy is closed for 30 minutes. At 6:45 PM, unbelievable. Update on 2025 Feb, waited 45 minutes to simply pick up medicine for my kid. Unreliable.

THIS REVIEW DOES NOT REFLECT THE WONDERFUL 2 WORKER CREW AT THIS LOCATION BUT THE FACT THAT THERE IS NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO HELP ANY CUSTOMER AT ALL OF THE WALGREENS STORES IN MY AREA. I would like to specifically call out Marianna & Tanya for their excellent customer service they are clearly overworked however they were so darling and so sweet and went above and beyond and deserve to be recognized for their hard work. Walgreens as a corporation needs to do better!
