Niles Nursing & Rehabilitation

Recently, our Mum joined our Dad at Niles Nursing Home. We are incredibly thankful to Mdm Cho and her entire dedicated team who serves the inhouse residents with a ready smile and love. From the Lobby Receptionist to the entire team working there, we have nothing but warm gratitude to each and everyone of you doing your job with immense and profound love. It really takes a special person to do what you guys are doing. It’s certainly a new” Home “ away from home for our parents as well as the rest. There is never a day I go about not thinking of the folks who puts a smile in someone’s clouds. From the bottom of our hearts, we like to thank Mdm Cho and the Niles Nursing Community. The Staffs are amazing they take care of the patients like their own family. Especially Isabella is an angel sent from above. Never seen anyone work so hard and caring. Also physical therapist are great!!! Thank you.

Physical therapy is phenomenal. The best therapy I've ever had and I've had lots of them. This has been the best and I will return in April because everybody is so kind and so sweet and so loyal

Niles Nursing and Rehab provides outstanding care with a team of compassionate and professional staff. The facility is well-maintained and offers excellent services. A great choice for anyone in need of quality care and rehabilitation.

This facility has been extremely disappointing. I asked the nurse at the 2nd-floor desk to have a mirror installed in the bathroom of my relative's room—it took two weeks for them to follow through. The dentist only visits once a month, and when I requested an appointment for my relative, the staff completely ignored it. As a result, the dentist came and left without seeing her. Now, she may have to wait another month—if they even remembered to add her to the list this time. If not, it’ll be yet another month before she can be seen. If there was 0 stars that’s what this place would get from me.
