Northwestern Dental Group - Niles

This was my first time at Northwestern Dental Group. My experience was amazing from the time I walked in the door. I was greeted promptly and taken in for my apt right away. My teeth cleaning, polishing and x-rays were extremely detailed and delicate at the same time. Everything was explained to me by the dentist in a way i could understand and any recommendations were provided on the spot. This dental group is a 10/10 and I would recommend them to anyone.

Staff was friendly enough but I was at their office for almost 3 hours to get my teeth cleaned at which time they claimed an issue with my insurance and charged me $100 for an "inspection" and never cleaned my teeth. It was revealed there was no issue with my insurance but I did not get my reimbursement from them until I called their office multiple times. If I want to use my insurance I now have to wait 6 months to get my teeth cleaned. Based on my experience I would not recommend, I walked away feeling scammed out of my time and money.

Absolutely incredible!! I feel like home when I’m here. Everyone on the staff is beyond friendly and truly welcoming. They are true professionals that care about the job and most importantly us as clients. I’m very fortunate to have found this group and look forward to many more visits as I know I will always be in good hands. PS. The Vernon Hills location is where I go and A+!

Ive gotten deep cleanings and root canals and complicated extractions all done at this office and every experience has been top quality. The receptionists are so kind and understanding even when you're not having your best day, Gina will go above and beyond for you. Dr George is my absolute favorite! He was incredible during and after a serious procedure I needed- I have major anxiety problems and he calmed me down in a matter of moments and remained in control and blew me away with his steadfast demeanor and expertise. I even got a call from the owner Dr Mulvaney in the evening hours after surgery just to check in. Best dental experience ever! Dr Mulvaney has a wonderful, caring style. I’m 73 and I’ve never received a Novocaine injection as painless as he delivers. The quality of his work is superb. His wife who is a dental hygienist who assist in the procedures is equally knowledgeable of her role and does it well.
