Absolutely amazing experience at Walgreens! Huge thanks to Andrew and Alex — they were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. The store was spotless and perfectly organized. You can really tell they care about their work and their customers. Employees like them make all the difference. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Today at the Maple Valley Walgreens, after waiting a long time to be helped, we were finally assisted by a pharmacist named Thang. What followed was one of the most upsetting experiences we have ever had at this location. From the beginning, his tone was defensive and disrespectful while we were simply trying to get clarification about a prescription. In the middle of the interaction, my mother became visibly emotional and was crying at the counter. This did not change Thangs behavior. There was no pause, no empathy, no apology, and no attempt to de-escalate the situation. Thang continued speaking in an inappropriate and unreasonable manner. Saturday February 15,2025 at 9:45am. I just had a terrible experience at this Walgreens due to a dismissive and unprofessional manager (name starts with M). I noticed in-store discounts on a quest protein bar, but the cashier (who later claimed to be the manager) refused to acknowledge them until I physically took her to the signs. After she reluctantly applied the discount, I went to my car and realized another item (Lindt truffles) in my online receipt wasn’t discounted correctly either. When I returned to address the issue, she outright dismissed my concern, claiming that the chocolates weren’t part of the Valentine’s promotion—despite the clearly labeled 2 for $10 sign right on the shelf. The pharmacy is poorly run and unnecessarily rude to their customers. There’s a couple helpful people - everyone else seems to come out of the gate snarky. If you don’t mind being treated like a 3rd class citizen, they will make the process of getting your new prescription filled painful & time consuming. Been there twice now -still don’t have our prescription & they’ve left us hanging before a 3 day weekend. Pharmacist hung up on me when I asked a question he didn’t like. Erased the review I left yesterday - wild I don’t usually bother to leave bad reviews - you win some you lose some.. but this was an exceptionally rough experience.
