MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care - Maple Valley

Both my wife and have vistited this clinic. I received great care as soon as I walked in the door. Everyone from the front desk to the back exam room was very caring and kind. ARNP Jennifer Lundquist diagnosed my problem and ordered yp the medicine I needed at a nearby pharmacy. I was very impressed with the speed in which I was seen (appt. made on line) and the speed in whiich a sample was tested and verified. Thank you Indigo Urgent Care Maple Valley, you're the best!

I scheduled an appointment on 2/1 to see the provider regarding an intense tension headache and neck pain that had persisted for a few days. Dr Jennifer Lundquist was the provider who saw me, and she was attentive, informative, assessed my issues and provided options for care. I feel much better now than I did earlier in the week. I appreciate her care and help. This office is clean, convenient and staff is friendly,

Sadly I've had to come here twice in the past month, but the good news is everyone is awesome. The ARNP Jennifer, totally makes me feel at ease and does a great job at explaining what she's doing as well as getting me in and out quickly which I appreciate. The rest of the staff is phenomenal as well, friendly and caring not your typical urgent care experience if you ask me.

Have gone to this clinic multiple times. Reception staff has always been nice and welcoming. The Dr.s-Nurses-Assistants in the back office have always been friendly, helpful and prompt with communication. Never have had to wait more than a few minutes and able to schedule appointments as needed no issues.

I’ve had two very concerning experiences at this urgent care. The first was last year when I came in for severe foot pain. My foot was swollen and I could not put weight on it. They did X-rays and a full set of blood tests, but throughout the entire visit I was not provided any mobility assistance (no crutches, wheelchair, or boot). I was left limping and literally hopping on one foot back and forth, including trips to and from the X-ray room. It was uncomfortable, unsafe, and frustrating given how obvious my mobility limitation was. The second experience was even more troubling. I scheduled an appointment for chest pain and arrived on time. After checking in, I was told they were too busy and that it would be at least a three-hour wait, and I was asked if I could reschedule for another
