If you are looking for a physical therapist- Dr Drew is the best!!! I did PT for 5 months with Dr Drew & Josh and now back to work & even stronger than before I got injured. I came in for a shoulder injury that almost needed surgery. The ortho doctor wanted me to do extensive physical therapy before considering surgery due to risks of it possibly limiting my shoulder mobility in the future. Before injury- I was a pretty active person using my shoulder a lot, working as a registered nurse in a hospital, doing yoga, bowling, playing tennis, baking/cooking etc. My goals were definitely to go back to my previous self. Drew has been exceptionally helpful with helping rehab my knees. He’s detailed, knowledgeable and patient. He would add new modified exercises to add onto my workouts to help strengthen my knees, avoiding any extra appointments. I would definitely recommend Drew and his colleague do any physical therapy.

I had been training for a marathon for months, but I what I didn’t plan for was my post marathon recovery. Drew at Penultimate supported me with stretching techniques and dry needling therapy to help me bounce back and feel good. He was able to help with my recovery just hours after my race. On the next day, I had some soreness in my legs, but I could still walk around and do my daily activities. Drew continued to encourage easy going walking and stretching. The second day after the marathon, my legs felt great! For my next race, I’ll be sure to work with Drew during my training and for post recovery as well. Would highly recommend working with Penultimate to achieve your goals and to continue to feel good after you reach them :)
