Everyone we interacted with was incredibly kind and had a positive energy. One thing I particularly appreciate is their payment plan. I have to give a huge shoutout to my favorite orthodontic assistant, Esly! She made my entire treatment so much fun. Every single appointment with her was positive, easy, and something I genuinely looked forward to. She always remembered the little things, explained everything clearly, and had the best personality. What meant even more to me was how thoughtful she is outside of appointments. She would send me random greeting cards, and even after I got my braces off she still sent me a holiday card. That kind of kindness is rare and it made the whole experience feel personal and special. If you are thinking about starting treatment here, ask for Esly. She is truly the best! 💕

I had my first appointment today at 10 a.m., and everything went so smoothly! Nicole checked me in and took pictures of my teeth, the process was quick and easy. Everyone I interacted with was so nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. I was seen right on time with no waiting, which I really appreciated. Dr. Haeger did a quick exam and explained the treatment plan clearly. After that, Allyson walked me through the payment plan and helped me set up my future appointments. I’m especially glad that they were able to schedule my future appointments at 7 a.m. since I work 8–5 Monday through Friday. Overall, the whole process was seamless, and I’m excited to start treatment here! And I got a cookie at the end!

The consultation with the orthodontist went great. Both of my kids were examined and given a quick, clear assessment. The treatment coordinator walked us through all the details of the treatment plan and explained everything thoroughly. They also offered flexible financial options that fit our family’s needs. Overall, it was a very positive and reassuring experience.

I remember when i first got my braces on in September and i was soo scared to get them on but I loved them so much!! I just got them off this November and I love how my teeth turned out. I’m so happy i chose Haeger Orthadontics - both Kent and Maple Valley locations - for my journey to a new smile and couldn’t have asked for more! I love the whole staff with my entire heart and never thought twice that they were like a family to me. I’m gonna be very sad that i won’t see them every month anymore, but honestly i’m so grateful i got to meet everyone on the team. 🩷
