While checking out, I noticed that a clearly posted sale price for an Olaplex No. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner (8.5 oz) was not ringing up correctly. The pharmacist called over the shift leader, Addison (male), for assistance. Rather than investigating the issue or offering help, Addison immediately stated, “If it’s not ringing up, there’s no sale.” I calmly explained that I had taken a photo of the posted sale signage to avoid confusion. When he reluctantly looked at my phone, he dismissed me again, stating that the product was “not the same,” without explanation, and walked away from the situation. His tone and behavior were dismissive, abrupt, and made me feel discarded as a customer. I was so upset by the interaction that I seriously considered abandoning my entire purchase. No eff

Henoch, the amazing night pharmacist is one of the kindest people I have ever met. I usually get judged looks bc my chronic illnesses don't make me look different, however I live in pain, in bed bc im too weak to go places for long because of my heart and he never makes me feel like a burden. I notice he is usually the only one working but he treats people like he has a whole crew. He will always be blessed by the way he treats others. 🙏

This Walgreens is a joke. I sat waiting 40 minutes in line at the drive-thru for a pickup prescription. Right lane can also pick up prescriptions, which is incredible. Right lane should be for drop-offs only. They can only handle one lane at a time. They will not even speak to you until they are done with whoever else they're dealing with. You can do two things at once, Walgreens. You are the pharmacy, no one should be that slow with sick people at home. Shame on you. This is a drive-thru, it should be quick. Once I got to the window I saw customer after customer inside getting service and leaving. Maybe put that woman on drive thru. Two people on drive thru and I waited 40 minutes for a prescription for a very, very sick person at home. No urgency what-so-ever. Shame on you.

I would not recommend bringing your package here. I had called five minutes prior confirming bringing a box to drop off and they said yes whenever I got there I was turned away until they couldn’t take the box once I got inside and I am seven months pregnant and the box weighed 40 pounds, and they were no help at all just went in the back and hid and refused to help me and said they wouldn’t take it

I won’t explain the nature of my diagnosis, but being told I’ll have to wait two or three days for my prescriptions - DOESN’T WORK!! Called the pharmacist direct after one of his techs tried to gate keep me from my own prescriptions. He said give him 30 minutes. Healthcare isn’t a game. Peoples life saving medications aren’t a game. Who do they think they are?
