Everyone I met were very professional and friendly. The Doctor was superb. Each step of the new patient exam was explained to me plus a plan of care and cost was itemized. Very thorough. My first time here and will be going back again.

Regrettably, my recent experience at this dental clinic was unsatisfactory. I had scheduled an appointment for a cleaning and a dental examination due to a toothache and a chipped tooth. Upon arrival, I was only scheduled for X-rays. Despite the inability to perform the cleaning, I proceeded with the X-rays. The radiographer consistently performed the X-rays on the incorrect side of my mouth. I had to inform her twice after the fact. Subsequently, the dentist reviewed the X-rays and diagnosed an abscess on the tooth with the crack, which had undergone a root canal procedure many years ago. This diagnosis caused me significant concern. Consequently, I made an appointment with an endodontist, where I received all necessary X-rays and examinations. I called to set an appointment to get a tooth pulled that had a hole in it on Thursday and they got me in that day at 1:30. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Turner pulled the tooth and was very polite and caring about my care and feelings on having the tooth removed. Will definitely be using this dentistry from now on. The staff is very friendly, and they are willing to work with you on the treatment plan, convenient appointment times, payment, etc. Dr. Turner tends to her patients carefully and attentively. I am always pleased with their work. I will recommend Lebanon Dental Care in a heartbeat!

Came in for a consultation on a cracked filling that was not an emergency. They were able to fill me in immediately and I went out to door with a new filling for $389. They even ensured my flossing would not be a concern with additional polishing after I mentioned the issue of floss getting stuck. Was back to normal soon after with no issues.
