My experience with Dr Eby has been 100% positive, bedside manner, attentive to my situation, has a solid plan and the confidence that put me at ease. I gave a 4 because of lack of communication, the MD order went unprocessed for 7 days, I received a dry uninformative voicemail regarding next steps, had I not physically went to find out what was going on I would have still been waiting. I think it’s important to remember that ortho problems affect life! Ability to work, pain and suffering, difficulty with enjoying life, the way their seemed to be no attention paid to carrying out dr order really lowered my impression of the company, not the physician!

Dr George was aeesome. Had a great rewarding visit. Even had my Ut orange for my cast would recommend to anyone.

I made my appointment online and got in with a doctor the next day. Filled out all the forms online. Waited about 15 minutes. Got x-rays and the doctor came in right away and my prescriptions were called in and physical therapy was set up for the next week. Conveniently located in Lebanon and the staff is so friendly and Dr.George was very personable.

Kathy Grove is very professional and has an extremely good patient to NP relationship. She works under Dr. Christopher Cook, and I trust him implicitly. We are currently working on treatments to prolong the life of my right knee and make it more comfortable. Kathy Grove has discussed my medical needs with Dr. Cook. When we have exhausted multiple therapies, I will make an appointment with Dr. Cook. I’m thankful Dr. Cook works with a NP that I can trust. I highly recommend both Kathy Grove and Dr. Christopher Cook!

Tha staff was friendly and competent. Wait time was fairly short. Dr Eby is so knowledgeable and kind. He has helped me a lot. He is patient and answers questions and takes the time to listen.
