Tennessee Family Dental (Lebanon)

Love this place I’ve always been scared of the dentist because I was only taken 2 times when I was a kid so when I got older and started going by my self I came to this place and I had some cavities I needed filled ( a lot) and every single time Kelsie was the assistant with Dr sagus. I definitely feel like she is exactly where she wants to be because she was always welcoming, warm, attentive, and supportive. She never made me feel as if I was bothering her and always tried to accommodate to my needs as much as she could. She’s also pretty funny to. But her holding my hand and just talking to me when it was time to get the evil shot made so much of a difference that she was quite literally the only reason I stuck to finnishing getting my teeth fixed ( the shots terrifying to me but it’s mo

This was the best dental experience I’ve had! Everyone was so nice and caring and I immediately felt welcome. They explained every step of what they were going to do and had no problem going into further detail when I had questions. I haven’t been to the dentist in 13 years and this was a great first time back!

Kelsie Cross and Dr Cegu were awesome!! Kelsie made me feel so at home for my first visit at this office. She was so sweet and awesome at what she does. Dr Cegu was wonderful as well. My favorite Dentist I have seen and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you, Tennessee Family Dental!

I have been calling within normal business hours and always get the voice mail saying I am calling outside the normal hours for two weeks now. They may have too many patients to care for the ones that are established patients. After my son's appointments, we are told to wait in the waiting room while they prepare his treatment plan. The first visit they took the panoramic xray, checked his teeth and set up an appoitment for cleaning and three fillings. When we got there for the next visit, they did more xrays and checked his teeth again and said he needed deep cleaning. So, we wasted our time because they did NO cleanings or fillings and wasted the medicine his PCP gave him to keep him calm during the cleaning and fillings. They wanted to set up his treatment plan for the deep cleaning. S

Today was my first time at this office. Everyone was nice and seemed to be glad they were at work. This made me comfortable and glad I chose Tennessee Family Dental.I have already started to welcome others to this office!
