Jaylen in the pharmacy is AMAZING. I have been having some issues with my local Walgreens and she was a shining light of help and kindness! She went above and beyond to help in any way she could. She restored some of my faith in Walgreens!!

I know pharmacies are busy. This location has some of the rudest staff anywhere.

I had mistakenly received 2 products that I had previously ordered online and had cancelled, but it came anyway. I usually print a return label and no problem. But my printer was not working so I called customer support. They said for me to return it to my local Walgreens and no problem.Well when I walked in there three of the workers were laughing and having a good time. One of the girls told me she would have to call her manager. She told her manager the products( which were ordered online from that store) were from "Fed Ex". I had my shipping page which had the product number, cost, date, and tax info. She got off the phone and told me to take it to the Hwy 45 Walgreens that her store did not keep the product Natrol Kids Melatonin. ( which was ordered from that store.) She was very ugly

The pharmacy staff is always kind and helpful inspite of being extremely busy

I literally just called and asked about the availability of a product and before I could even inquire about something else he just says “no” like I ruined his day and hangs up. I can’t stand people like that, if you don’t wanna work at Walgreens DONT! You don’t have to be Mr. Nice guy but you represent a multi billion dollar company at least don’t be an ahole and hang up because someone had the audacity to ask you a single question about one product. The worst thing is I called a few weeks ago and he did the same thing so I went up there anyway and they had 3 packs of exactly what I asked about, idk why I even called this time.
