Josh and the crew at Columbus Optical always go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of! They take their time with you, help you pick out the perfect frames, and always greet you with smiles! Have always used them, and will never go anywhere else! The BEST people!!!

Absolutely AMAZING people! A little backstory: My daughter was recently prescribed her first pair of glasses. We’ve been waiting two weeks for them to come in, and they still aren’t scheduled to come in for another week or more. Yesterday my daughter came home in tears from eye fatigue during testing week, and I knew enough was enough. She couldn’t wait any longer. So after calling all over the golden triangle, I landed on this place. Not only did they get us in today, they went above and beyond to help my babygirl. She walked out the door with a new pair of glasses (within 20 minutes), and I walked out with restored faith in humanity. Thank you just doesn’t cover how grateful I am for this office and all their wonderful staff.

Thought I was done with specs after cataracts removed in 2020. I developed a vision problem that meant I needed corrective lens. Have used them for 45+ years, never a single problem with fitting or lens. Highly recommend

We have used Columbus Optical for years and absolutely love their staff and service! Our kids go through glasses and are often needing new frames. Josh and the crew always work their magic to make sure we are taken care of and at the best prices! Today, they stayed a few minutes after closing to make sure my son’s glasses were fixed and fit well and I couldn’t have been more grateful for their help!
