This was the best experience I have ever had at any dentist office. The ladys at the front desk were knowledgeable and very friendly. Calmed my nerves from the beginning. I can't remember her name but the lady that assisted me when I went back for my xrays was so super nice and friendly. I wasn't just walked back sat i a chair to wait. I really felt welcomed and comfortable. Dr Fincher was absolutely amazing! He never rushed me on any questions and took his time to answer any questions I had! I will absolutely recommend this dentist and this office to everyone I know needing any dental work.

Very patient attentive, what I have to have done could be different from someone else. I'm like Werner in the Great Escape and his dental issues. But grateful to be still walking around in my 60s with them, instead of being a 1 year old in the grave with baby teeth. I felt like that Sea Turtle after he had those barnacles cleaned off behind this last cleaning . Nice Staff.

I had a great experience! Everything was explained well and Miranda was super sweet. Dr. Lane was very personable and his bedside manner made me feel like I was talking to someone that I had known for years. I have found my new dental family and will be bringing the rest of my natural family along with me.

I love Brightsmiles. Both locations are amazing but I go to the one on Hospital Dr. the staff never rushes you. They listen and answer any questions patiently. They explain tips and tricks and make you feel heard. When I’m nervous they assure me and distract me with humor. It really makes the whole experience way more comfortable. Plus, I have referred a few friends and received some nice discounts on my dental work. I love the staff. Can’t say enough good things.
