If I could leave 0 stars, I would! I went in for bill payment service & the store manager was rude and did not try to hide that she had no interest in helping me. She miscounted my cash and looked at me as if I tried to short change the store. Their system rejected the pay and she instantly said, “I can’t help you, get your money back.” There was a nice young lady who offered to try it again & after speaking with my service provider, I learned why they were getting the error message. I will not be returning to this store for ANY more services. The old lady appeared racist & the whole exchange was NASTY. I’m new to this area and tried to give it a chance, regardless of what others had to say about it, but things definitely line up. It’s 2026. Please hire people who enjoy helping ALL people!

I walked in to load money onto my Chime account and the blonde woman that came up to handle the transaction went off on a tirade about how people should not be coming in to deposit money or that they should start charging people for it they need to fire this woman before she loses them all of their business with her big mouth and rude behavior.

I waited in line over an hour on medication, this pharmacy is the absolute worst, everyone had a terrible attitude. They were so rude and unhelpful. It was as if it was an inconvenience for me to be there to get medicine for my sick. Whatever you do don’t ever send your prescriptions here.

This Calhoun Georgia location is a joke! The continously do not refill my medication that I have to have to live! I have no thyroid, this medicine is on auto refill on my app and they have put it on auto refill in their system yet they have not had it filled at least 3 times. I have had to go days without my medication because of this! I used this location because of convenience and the promises of this not happening again repeatedly! DONE! The workers are rude as can be to no matter what! A JOKE!

This Walgreens is wonderful! Trinity was very helpful and friendly 😁 I will definitely use them again.
