I do not use the pharmacy, but I do shop at the retail side a lot. A lot of times I do pick up orders. They are always accurate. Sale items tend to sell out quickly, but ultimately I find them to always be in stock of what I am wanting to purchase. The cashiers are so friendly and personable. The check out line does get long some times, but the associates are working the entire time trying to move it along as quickly as they can. I enjoy shopping here.

I’ve been using the Walgreens Pharmacy in Azle, Tx for at least ten years. Until recently their service was always good. Quality of Customer Service has started to suffer the past year or so. Not sure if changes in insurance companies have helped drive this. Calling and being on hold ten minutes or more multiple times just to get a prescription filled is frustrating. More so having just returned home from surgery. I’ve had two lumbar surgeries in under two months and I have to battle them to get my meds filled. Even today a tech snipped at me telling me my Dr office should know what they are doing. Unsatisfied!

Absolutely Horrible. We’ve in Azle for over 12yrs, and we’ve been visit this location since the beginning for one reason or another (kids vacancies, meds, shopping, etc) and over the last few years it has fallen off a cliff in regards to customer service. You WILL spend over 20 mins on hold of you call, here’s a HINT: if you can stop the music with the “star” key then you’re in que on hold. If you can’t stop the music then they have you just sitting on hold. Also if you call within the last 30 mins they will leave you on hold until they close. It’s happened to us many times, every time. Also they will not fill your meds and if you somehow get someone on the phone then they will say something like, we are backed up, OR our system was down, OR we are short handed, they will NOT resolve th

Having to wait 2 hours for a prescription when you arrive before they even open. Every one before has been really nice but this morning the person was extremely rude. It is pain medication their rush is over and she is delaying filing it on purpose
