Urgent Care TX - Azle

My elbow had been swollen to where it looked like there was a golf ball under the skin. Nurse at United Healthcare felt like it might be bursitis and since it been present for almost a week suggested I see a doctor within 24 hrs. My primary was on vacation and booked solid the next week so I went to the Urgent Care in Azle. Staff were friendly and personable, wait time was minimal, and the doctor was amazing. She agreed that she thought it was bursitis and recommended draining the fluid which left me a bit uneasy but we did it. I’ve probably been stuck by a needle a few hundred times in my life and I’m definitely NOT a fan. The doctor understood. In all my life I’ve never had such a painless procedure. She was amazing. As a Veteran I am extremely pleased with Urgent care in azle. It saves me lots of travel time and wait time for visits to the VA. The staff is amazing and I also get in as a walk in promptly. I was seen today, Feb 4, and visit was quick and am very satisfied with my treatment from the nurses to the doctor. Thank you so much for opening up Urgent Care for veterans. God bless you

Took my daughter to urgent care on Saturday and had an excellent experience. Jezzel, our nurse, handled everything wonderfully and helped calm my daughter when she was nervous about being swabbed. Victor, the provider, was very kind, thorough, and answered all of my questions without rushing us. We were seen quickly and received great care from start to finish. Highly recommend

I had such a wonderful experience today at Urgent Care in Azle. The office clerk was so friendly and helpful. The nurse checked me in quick, and the Doctor was amazing!!! He listened, was very upbeat, and provided the perfect care plan.

My sister in law was here from out of town. It was Sunday and no drs office was available. We went to Urgent Care and saw Dr Victor. He was so helpful. His nurse Jezzel was wonderful. So happy I found them!❤️
