Wouldn't say that this place is a terrible dentist office. The front office staff is very kind. The dental, hygienist and dental assistants are very nice and kind as well. The dentist is kind but always seems like she's in a rush when doing any work on my teeth which makes me feel rushed. I go to them through the VA and they do make the process seem seamless. I get appointments very quickly with little to no wait time and they can always work around my busy schedule.

I had an outstanding experience with this dental practice. The staff is exceptional, providing incredible support to navigate the VA process, which can be very challenging for veterans seeking dental care. They were able to repair a tooth and place a crown, all covered by the VA—this was particularly meaningful as the tooth was damaged during my military service and never addressed by the military. The team is not only highly professional but also genuinely dedicated to their patients. They work hard on your behalf and expect you to do your part by being punctual and proactive. The only minor downside is that they are closed on Fridays, though this is a common practice among many institutions.
