Azle Hearing

I have been very pleased with my support from Azle Hearing. I was able to quickly get an appointment (within a week of the request). Erich Gessling was patient and thorough with his exam and recommendations. I ultimately needed hearing aids and this was new for me. He took his time explaining options and was patient with my many questions in making my decision on which to choose. Post care has been equally as supportive, I had a couple of things come up while I was adjusting to them and he was also patient with helping me sort what was just the body adjusting, and with any recommendations to ensure comfort and fit. Very grateful for this office's professional approach, and beyond grateful to now be able to hear things that I haven't been able to hear for a long time!

The very best hearing exam I've ever had and I have been wearing aids more than 25 years. Shoots straight, no hard sell, gave great advice and explained things no other audiologist has ever explained.

Prompt appointment. Hearing test showed I needed an upgrade. Fitted with new hearing aids. They work great and have improved my sharpness and low volume hearing. Erich is professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Listen’s to your problems and helps form a plan to correct your hearing problems. Uses the correct computer software for each manufacturer ‘s hearing aids instead of trying to use a one generic software for all hearing aid manufacturers. Highly recommend!
