If I could give zero stars, I would. First, they charge twice the amount the insurance and them have agreed on. Then, if you question their pricing and ask for an itemized list. They tell you to go somewhere else. They have a lady there who deals with insurance and pricing and says they don't do itemized pricing. Orthodontist are different from doctors' offices, and they don't have to follow what the insurance says. I know people in my area don't have much choice unless they want to drive 45 minutes, and this practice knows this. People beware they are overcharging and will tell you to leave no matter where you are at in procedure or even if it is a child as a patient. In their response to me they say they follow all insurance rules but they clearly don't. Otherwise my bill wouldn't have

These folks are so wonderful to work with. They've done an absolutely amazing job getting my daughter's teeth looking good and healthy. The office staff is absolutely phenomenal and helpful! Even during this pandemic, they've been wonderful when we've had to reschedule, or even had a broken bracket and still needed to see someone in a timely manner. Love this office!

I had a consultation with Dr. Miller this week (first time patient). I met Laura, the Treatment Coordinator first. She explained the process to me in detail. She was knowledgeable, friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed. I appreciated that. I met Dr. Miller and have nothing but great things to say about her as well. She was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and put me at ease. Dr. Miller and Laura work very well together. I was given a folder with important information on it that has proven to be handy. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an Orthodontist.

6 years with Walde Miller and a fantastic experience from start to "finish" all of the staff at all of the locations are all so friendly, knowledgeable, helpful etc!! They took great care of my son. He didn't "enjoy" going lol but he didn't complain lol we just recommend them to everyone!! Clean, beautiful, welcoming facilities also!! Highly recommended!!

Nothing but great experiences at Walde Miller! Jodi is AMAZING!!! She is so helpful and goes the extra mile to do whatever she can to help! Dr. Jackie is wonderful and so caring. I’m go glad we chose their office.
