Christa is Amazing! My baby was getting some teeth extracted and I wanted to help in her healing so I ordered a PEMF bed for her. The company that makes the bed had delayed the shipment but Christa personally called me and calmed me down and she made sure I got the bed in time for my baby's surgery. She was so kind and thoughtful and gave me advice on how to take of my baby after her procedure. We have been using Raw Dog Food Complete and couldn’t be happier. Our dogs stand there drooling when it’s feeding time. Every box has came frozen (unlike other companies). Christa is very knowledgeable and educated about dogs health and their feeding needs. I won’t ever go to another company for our dog food. They also have dog treats that I love because they don’t have all the additives and preservatives. I’ve added a few pictures of our box today that was delivered via UPS. The temperature here is 100° and our food was hard as a rock frozen. They always make sure in the heat of the summer to pack in a “aluminum bag” with dry ice packed with it. I am so impressed with this company. I just started feeding my dogs and they love it! I have emailed them twice just to ask questions as I am new to feeding raw and Christa responds very quickly and is very knowledgeable about dogs health. I live in NM and have to order it and when it gets to me its still frozen. They put a hand written note thanking me for my order and letting me know if I have questions or concerns to contact them. I can't say enough good things about Raw Dog Food Complete. I reached out as a hail mary regarding my dog who has a ton of health issues and none of the vets or hollistic vets have been able to help. Christa was so helpful and took the time to explain the products and how to use them. She went above and beyond what any business normally would to make sure I was getting the best product for my dogs issues. You can tell she truly cares for the animals and their wellbeing. One of the best raw dog food companies in the USA. Hands down. Well packaged for shipping and really easy to store and thaw. The quality of the meats is top tier. My dogs absolutely LOVE IT (and they've tried raw food from many different companies). I'm so happy I tried them out! Yay!
