Sinks Pharmacy - Sullivan

I came in to the building and was automatically greeted with a hello how are you . I love our hometown pharmacy the little blonde girl that waited on me was named Gabby very polite and witty. The other staff seam to work well together with the focus on the customer and helping them.

This is the only pharmacy in the area I use. They are very helpful, and have always taken good care of me. I am disabled, and sometimes I cant drive there, so if I ask them the day before, they will happily deliver my medication to me. They try their best to line up my medications so I have less trips. They also have a program where my grandson gets free vitamins when I remember to ask. Very knowledgeable and kind when I ask questions, and they know and remember their regular customers. Best local pharmacy with the best customer service!!

I changed to Sink's Sullivan and have had the special select program explained and offered to me. I've had three pick ups with ease. The team member helping me also did all of the contact work between my old pharmacy and doctors to get my medications transferred over seamlessly. And get this, I'm now 7 miles away and they offered free delivery. Another pharmacy quoted me $8 and I live 0.25 miles away. I'm staying here, they know how to provide good customer service!

The staff is always amazing, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I never have to wait long for my prescriptions, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I love having such a reliable and welcoming pharmacy in our community. Highly recommend!
