The entire staff is so friendly. I didn’t wait in the waiting room long at all. The dental hygienist gave me the most thorough cleaning I think I have ever had. And with NO PAIN! I was told what I needed next and what could wait- I never felt like I was being “sold” a procedure that I didn’t really need. Before I even scheduled my next appointment I was given the costs of the next procedure(s). I very much appreciate the transparency!

I'm so glad I made my first appointment and got established at Sullivan Family Dentistry. My dentist from Cuba retired and I found that all dentists are not created equal. I was pleased with the care they take and girls are so nice. The felt I could trust this new dentist and that means a lot when you place your oral care into their hands.

Every person in the office was very friendly and accommodating. Ella was extremely caring and efficient taking my x-rays. Dr. Hamblin was prompt and very thorough explaining everything and is a nice person.

I had "an issue " with my insurance provider. Gracie was so helpful. She contacted the new company and her customer service was outstanding. She turned a chaotic situation into a great day. She went above and beyond to help me out. She has excellent customer service skills. Thank you!
