Synopsis - Great location, amazing staff, and everything that you need an urgent care to be. I was in search of an urgent care that would provide a medical examination for my commercial drivers license. The Wake Forest location came highly recommended to me as an urgent care that not only could do the examination, but could meet any medical needs. I now completely agree that this location is truly amazing. The staff were absolutely incredible, the facilities were new and fresh, and my visit was treated with respect and kindness. There really is not much more that you could ask for. This will certainly be the place that I go for any pop-up medical needs. 5 Urgently Caring Stars out of 5!

I am a newer patient of Wake Med having relocated from NY last fall. My husband and I have been to your facility 5 times between the two of us and have been very impressed each and every visit. I absolutely love my primary care doctor. She is easy to talk to , doesn't rush through appointments and has a great bedside manner. She was quick to diagnose an infection and promptly got me on the right track to feeling well again. I have a few chronic health issues and have trusted her to refer me to specialists to continue with my care. I have been happy with her recommendations and trust her judgement. Every staff member is pleasant, professional and kind . I highly recommend this practice

From start to finish, this was the best experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. The receptionist was engaging and efficient, the nurse was warm and friendly, and Sue diagnosed my issue quickly and explained it to me carefully. I felt as if they all cared about me and wanted to make feel comfortable.

I use this facility for my PCP, Dr. Hong. Staff is very friendly and receptive. I never feel as I am being rushed. Dr. Hong has been a fantastic primary care for my needs. I would recommend This office and the doctors there.
