Gentle Family Dentistry

As usual, the care I received was terrific. Dr. Mulnick is a terrific clinician, and her DA Shanelle is both very competent and a wonderful person. I have been a patient of this practice since "the beginning" some 21 years ago, along with my whole family, and I can't imagine being treated anywhere else. The workplace environment is very happy and happy people provide great care. Highly recommended!

It is really difficult to find adequate words of praise for this office. I came to them in a somewhat urgent situation also very scared and anxious. From the phone call with Karla, who got me in quickly, to meeting several team members that treated me gently and kindly, I felt reassured the entire time. Each visit, Teresa has a calming scene playing for me on the TV monitor in my treatment room and tries to use large and familiar rooms each time. She is patient with me and has been a consistent positive person on this journey. Karla, Teresa and Dr. Griffin moved mountains to coordinate my extensive dental procedure with anesthesia quickly. They used to be great. The great ones left and I still hung in there. I don't think I can anymore. I get my teeth cleaned there every 6 months. By the end of the day for my last 2 times, I've had a serious infection with excruciating pain. This latest time, I needed to go get a root canal. It cost thousands. I just don't think this old Army Sergeant is tough enough to handle their "gentle" dentistry anymore. We've already found a new kid friendly dentist for my kids after one of the good dentists left. It sucks because I had the most amazing treatment here in the past. Now it's like going to an Army dentist. If they mess up, too damn bad and you'll pay for it. The doctors know their stuff. The hygienists take good care of you. The dental assistants are also knowledgeable and helpful. The front office staff is the nicest, most cheerful group of people on the planet, and they can answer all your questions. Everyone who works here is very kind and compassionate, which wouldn't mean much if they weren't also very good at all the technical aspects of their jobs, which they are. Management is obviously hiring and training well, and treating their employees well, in order to retain such quality people. They always treat you like you are the only patient they have, and you are their highest priority.

Had such a great experience! This is my second time visiting and I absolutely love the way they treat their patience. So much care and genuine kindness, especially for someone who is so nervous to visit the dentist. I saw Laura today and she was a fantastic hygienist, and then doctor Nguyen was incredible. Absolutely love this place and looking forward to getting all the procedures necessary here. They gained themselves a lifetime client
