Wake Audiology has been outstanding from the very first visit, offering warm, attentive, and highly professional care. The staff takes time to listen, explain, and guide you through every step, making the entire process comfortable and reassuring. Their thorough testing and clear communication gave me complete confidence in the plan moving forward. Even before receiving my hearing aids, I can already tell I’m in the best hands possible.

I was greeted by a very friendly front office person. When I met the audiologist she also was friendly. Hearing exam went well and then discussed results and what my options were. Overall, I felt comfortable in the office.

I was evaluated today by Wake Audiology for hearing loss. My evaluation was a breeze and I found their audiologist to be competent and warm. I was overwhelmed with the cost of everything, but nothing is free these days. Wake Audiology made the process of getting my hearing checked as easy as possible. And I am looking forward to better hearing.

I was very impressed by Dr. Silvani and her staff. She was very attentive to my needs, very thorough in her evaluation, and very clearly explained the results. I was pleasantly surprised to find my hearing is good and I have no need of hearing aids at this time

I went in for a baseline hearing test and was greeted warmly by the receptionist. Dr. Vrooman was friendly and professional making the test comfortable to perform. She went over my results and answered any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Wake Audiology.
