I wanted to love this place. I read the reviews and thought I would feel good about my choice. The hygientist was supper rough but worst of all has been the insurance issue. The day before my appointment, they called and said I didn't have insurance despite me spending time to set up all my information in the portal. I called and they said they had it. 1 month later a bill came and my insurance company has never received a claim. I called to verify and they had entered 1 number wrong when submitting the claim, month 2, another bill and my insurance says they never received a claim. What a mess!

Had a new patient visit at Wells Family Dental today and it was a great experience – which is quite the compliment coming from someone that is “a big baby” at the dentist!!! The office was modern, clean, and very welcoming. I explained my anxiety and “pet peeves” regarding dental care and they truly listened. The entire team, including Roxana (Hygienist), Alejandra (Assistant) and Dr. Jernigan, were all 5-stars. They developed a plan of care that was clearly explained medically . . .as well as financially so there will be no surprise billing. I highly recommend them.

I’m afraid of dentist and had put off going but Wells was amazing. The staff was so friendly and the dentist worked with me to get a good plan of care. It was my first visit and they saw my birthday was next week, as I was checking out they gave me a cupcake. Honestly, it was the human connection that I needed.

Fantastic office staff! Will, who does my cleanings, is kind, funny, very informative, and patient. My husband and teenager also go here. We trust this office to help us continue to have a healthy smile!
