As a caregiver, I took my client here for her appointment. Client was satisfied with Dr. Matheis's work. Today, I was not impressed, compared to my client's visit last year. After performing an in office procedure, the doctor was quick to get out of there. Dr. Matheis needs to take more time with senior clients, and do a more thorough exam.

Always a welcoming experience to visit this practice. Staff will go over & above to accommodate! Thanks to your group for quickly seeing a couple of my family members who were unable to be seen in a timely manner in Greenville!!! Much appreciated to Dr M & staff

Was great until they just decided to stop taking my insurance for no reason. Took it for an appointment this year and then decided nope now you have to self pay. Along with canceling appointments 3 weeks out saying the Dr has an "emergency" that day what a load of crap well you can just have someone else take your stitches out for you is what the girl tells me.

I have been a patient of Dr.M and staff for many years. This practice is exceptionally well run. Very efficient and concienscious care, excellent services and consistent follow up. Dr. M never seems too rushed to interact or answer any questions, staff is universally friendly and helpful and seems to genuinely enjoy providing services to their clients. I've also noted that the practice does not hesitate to invest in any technical, service and office upgrades that will improve patient care or office efficiency. As a family we could not be happier with the services we get here.

I like the doctor and staff all very friendly and the location is convenient. However after my last 2 visits I have come to realize that making an appointment isn’t helpful. My last appointment was at 3 I got there early and still didn’t see the doctor for 45 minutes. People who came in after me got taken back and seen before me.The appointment took 5 minutes. I hope they get this rectified soon. It’s very disappointing. Like I said the dr and staff are nice but just know when going leave a large window of time around it cause as the last 2 visits have shown they won’t be on time.
