I can’t say enough great things about our visit to Wachusett Family Dental. My husband and I have been going here for years but we recently decided to switch our kids’ dentist and bring them here. Having had some not so great experiences with their previous dentist, my kids were skeptical and nervous going in for their appointment. But from the moment we walked in, they felt welcomed and cared for. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, and they truly made my kids feel at ease (which is no small feat!). The hygienists were incredibly gentle and patient, explaining everything in a way that put my kids at ease and made them excited about taking care of their teeth. Dr. Manzella & her entire practice are the Gold Standard of Dentistry & humanity. They are compassionate, friendly, and accommodating. I truly hope each staff member realizes the impact they make on people who want to look their best & stay healthy as they help us all feel beautiful about ourselves when we leave the office & go back into the world.

I had my most recent of a series of appointments with Dr. Manzella last week. This appointment was consistent with several I've had- Dr Manzella explained in detail what the procedure would entail, offered any options for my consideration, and proceeded to perform her work. The whole process was very professional and totally pain-free. I am very pleased with the results of Dr Manzella's treatment plan for me- never having felt better about my dental appearance than I do today. I highly vrecommend Dr Manzella and the staff at Wachusett Dental to anyone in the area seeking quality dental care!

I was so nervous to go to the dentist after not going for many years. The entire team at Wachusett Family Dental has been so kind and thoughtful from start to finish. Every concern and question I had were taken seriously and addressed with care. They made it very clear that not only my well being, but my experience was their priority. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

I have dreaded dentist visits my entire life. I just had my first cleaning/exam with Wachusett Family Dental - it was PHENOMENAL. I learned more about my own dental health in that one appointment than I have in 40 years of life. Even better - nothing hurt, my gums weren’t bleeding after, and the staff were all wonderful!
