Core Rejuvenation Pelvic Floor Therapy

I had a wonderful experience working with Tracy and highly recommend her services to anyone considering pelvic floor therapy! I was nervous to try this because I wasn’t really sure what it would entail but I left my first session already feeling significant improvement in my symptoms. Tracy talked me through everything and made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to pursue pelvic floor therapy. She provided me with so many simple ways to help strengthen my pelvic floor at home in between sessions as well which was incredibly helpful. I left my second session feeling immense improvement and confident in the work she recommended I do at home as well. I’m so grateful I took the leap and decided to try pelvic floor therapy. Tracy is the BEST and I highly recommend her! I am 11 weeks postpartum and she has been a pillar of support for me in my healing. I started seeing her around week 6 PP. Tracy made an awkward appointment (in my mind) so comfortable. There was never a moment a felt judged bc leakage is not a proud thing or comfortable to talk about . Thank you for making me comfortable and “tighter” no more unpleasant surprises for this lady! A blessing
