Elevated Physical Therapy & Fitness

David, Shea and Tinos are so great at what they do and love to help and share their knowledge with others. My daughter has had several injuries over the last year and has been so lucky to work with each of them. They are so supportive, honest and most importantly really care for her wellbeing. David is really one of a kind and even offered to go with us to one of her specialists appointments in order to help us understand what was going on better. He always makes time to answer our questions and explain everything and what the plan will be. We’re so fortunate to have Elevated Fitness in our community and I’m so thankful for everything they’ve done and continue to do for my daughter.

After complications from a total hip replacement, my decision to come to Elevated Physical Therapy has been an extremely positive one. David and Shea’s expertise has been exactly what I needed. I finally feel hopeful that I will make a full recovery. It is the best decision that I have made, not only for my hip, but for my overall fitness and health.

David and his team are top notch! My 15 year old son has been working with David and Tinos since the Fall! He’s motivated by their instruction to develop strength and stamina as he recovers from an injury so he can get back to playing the sports he loves! David invests significant knowledge into the recovery of his patients. Highly recommend!

I have been working with David for 2 months. I’ve lost 13 lbs but have gained muscle and lost a short size and almost a pant size. I have been working remotely with him. It is super easy and the workouts are super good. He sends videos with the exercise and after a bit he helped with the amount of weights. The app has the ability to send photos and videos to make sure I’m doing everything correctly. He’s worked around some of my injuries referring me to a like minded PT in my hometown on the West Coast to get me the same kind of services he offers. I’m getting stronger and moving much better. Thank goodness for David and Elevated PT and Fitness. I can enjoy an active lifestyle again. He also worked with my diet and helped making healthy eating options easier. Go try it!!
