It was the first time visiting a veterinarian with Noni. From the receptionist, to the veterinary assistant and the veterinarian. All was very positive helpful and caring. I think even my cat Noni agrees. She seemed calm and content after we came home. I will definitely be coming to Wachusett animal hospital for my pets health needs. ❤️

I cannot thank the team at Wachusett Animal Hospital and Pet Retreat enough. They were incredible. I was brought in by my best friend for treatment of an infected wound. While the situation was embarrassing and completely unsettling for me, the staff helped with the perfect blend of professionalism and kindness. We recently lost our ten and a half year old dog Lucy, who was cared for for nearly her entire life at Wachusett Animal Hospital, where she also enjoyed its pet retreat. We were always greeted by polite and caring staff members, whom Lucy loved. We had only the very best experience during the course of her life, including one ACL surgery. When Lucy died on June 30th, we brought her to this facility, where we were given private time to say our good byes.
