Vons Pharmacy

The pharmacist I spoke with on the phone was the most helpful, knowledgeable, & friendly pharmacist I've ever spoken too. This is my daughter's pharmacy, but I'll be transferring my prescriptions there!

Lynn the pharmacist was a huge help to us as we were figuring out a new medication for a family member. She took the time to provide additional info to us in person and on the phone. We had tons of questions and she was kind, tolerant, and patient to answer them all. Thank you so much Lynn!

I went in to try and purchase some syringes and they treated me like I was a junkie. Pharmacist gave me a dirty look and said I needed a prescription. They seem to be oblivious to the fact that in California, people don't need a prescription for a syringe. Look it up! I use syringes to administer my own hormone injections every two weeks. But, the pharmacist didn't ask, didn't care, just judged me and sent me away. I don't have insurance at the moment so I felt fortunate when I discovered the law in California gives me access to this medical necessity. I left feeling embarrassed, angry, frustrated, and sad. Pharmacist named Fawn is very very rude. I've never dealt with a rude employee at Vons much less at the pharmacy. Please get rid of that rude women. Gave attitude the whole time so unprofessional. No time for that.

Absolute nightmare! Unprofessional/rude pharmacist (Fawn) makes up her own rules and if you question her, she just hangs up on you and holds your prescription hostage. Walgreens is my new pharmacy
