Excellent and knowlegable service. I went in looking for a neubulizer part that I needed expeditedly. I explained my issue of broken part and right away they offered me what I needed. Ms Sarah explained to me that I was missing a piece, besides being cracked. She offered me the replacement that I was looking for. In less than 10 minutes I was out. I was so relieved because my grandie needed to get her medication. Thank you,

I was blown away by the professional demeanor of the pharmacy staff. They were beyond helpful, and went above and beyond, Sara is amazing at what she does. I have never had a bad experience at El Centro Pharmacy.

I decided to try this pharmacy. When I picked up my child’s prescription it was over $44 for 2 prescriptions. I asked if that was with insurance, the lady responded it was. I wasn’t given a prescription slip like my other pharmacy provides that tells me what the prescription is and what the insurance covered versus what I paid. I was given a receipt only. When I had the chance to review the receipt I noticed I was charged $29 for one of the prescriptions. We were prescribed a nasal spray and cough syrup. I never pay $29 for prescriptions. I called the pharmacy to ask what I was charged $29 for. They told me it was for the nasal spray. I asked if I could return it because I know 1 nasal spray does not cost $29. The owner Sanji spoke to me and said I could not return it. She said

I had an excellent experience as a first time customer of El Centro Pharmacy. I needed a medication for my daughter and they “bent over” backwards to get it for us even though we were first time customers. It’s a small pharmacy however delivered way better service than some of the bigger pharmacies. This pharmacy also offers delivery of medication. Although it only operates Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, I believe the delivery option sort of offsets the lack of extended hours except for the weekend. Just need to get a secure delivery box with an access code and share it with the pharmacy delivery person to protect against “porch pirates” I will be using them more often. Honestly Kudos to this pharmacy for under promising and over delivering.
