Imperial Valley Pharmacy was soooooo quick in filling a prescription they were also super prompt and curtíous and attentive they were about to close when I called to find out if my prescription was ready and they waited a few minutes for me to get there, this really shows how much they care to have customers satisfied!!! After multiple frustrating experiences at bigger chain pharmacies like CVS, I can honestly say this local pharmacy is a breath of fresh air. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with professionalism and warmth. The staff and pharmacist are attentive, respectful, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. It makes such a difference when people actually enjoy their job. I’m so grateful to have found them!

The two gentlemen there went above and beyond to help me get a very unique prescription. I had tried getting it from CVS, Walgreens and other pharmacies which delayed my daughter’s treatment a whole month. I wish I had come here from the get go. Others just quickly dismissed me by saying ‘we don’t have it’ or worse, kept me waiting for it. IVP acted quickly to locate it for me.

Very nice staff that made my transition to this pharmacy super smooth and effortless. Prescriptions were ready within 15-20 minutes max. None of the usual long wait times or the medication not being ready until the next day. Very content and pleased with the service!
