El Centro Post-Acute

I was admitted Aug 3rd 2024 for Rehabilitation due to a Hip Replacement. I was surprised to see the dedication, care, patience and love that all the Caregivers and physical therapist showed not only to me but all the patients, residence and temporary like my self. I received Physical therapy every day and regain my strength enough to come home. I was housed for 20 days and all I saw and received was love and Care from everyone of all levels. From the students who came in as interns to the Administration Personnel. Thank you for your care El Centro Post Acute.

El Centro Post Acute is a wonderful facility! The employees are very friendly and kind, there’s a positive demeanor about everyone there. It’s very clean, well kept, and decorated to feel warm and inviting. The kind employees there will take great care of your family member.

The staff is very helpful and professional. Spoke to long term residents and they have commented that they love it there, that the fruit and soup are the best they’ve had. Great to hear. The facility seems to have had some remodeling but has halted. I hope they continue because it looks great! Very clean and modernized. Love the color hue. So far, I am pleased that my mother looks happy there. Oh and I did try out their beds… very comfy. Also to note, I’ve had their coffee and it was great! 😊

My grandfather was in this facility for about two months and loved the relationship between staff and residents! Admissions department were very supportive and helpful throughout our journey. Receptionist very friendly and lovely as well. Good job and thank you all!

My aunt has been a long term resident. She is deaf and reads lips only. The staff has accomodated her and she feels safe and happy there. The food is homemade and looks really good. Yes, we have had our share of problems. There is room for improvement....There are times no one answers the phone or nurses don't return your calls. But all in all I have found the staff very caring and helpful.
