VitalMed Urgent Care - Pita Mangana

I love this place. They was awesome. This will be my new primary doctor and my new go to. I advised everybody to use this place.

My husband went to this clinic for a work-related injury. There was significant pain, bleeding, and bruising, and he was told by the doctor that he should not return to work for two weeks to allow proper healing. After my husbands employer’s workers’ compensation company contacted the clinic a day after, he was suddenly asked to return for another visit. Without any meaningful change in his condition, his work restrictions were changed, and was told to return to work the next day. This change felt rushed and inconsistent with the original medical advice. I did not feel that my husbands pain level, healing needs, or ability to safely commute were fully considered. Instead of focusing on recovery, the process caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. Very disappointed.

Mrs. Tamez took very good care of me, and Jessel did a great job with the ear lavage. They made me feel comfortable. I feel better already.

The staff was very kind and compassionate towards my son and myself. Was seen in a timely manner and the staff was very attentive to my son. Was provided with the right tests and given the information needed.
