VitalMed Urgent Care

I visited this clinic on Saturday after having a sore throat for several days. I tend to get very sick when I catch the flu, so I wanted to be proactive and get checked before my symptoms got worse. The doctor told me everything looked fine, said it was likely viral, and prescribed only cough drops. Later that same day, my condition got worse. My throat pain became severe, I developed heavy phlegm, and I started a persistent, painful cough. I’ve since spent several days in bed and am still dealing with the cough. When I returned to ask for a doctor’s note for work due to the days I missed, I was told I would need to be seen again by the same doctor. Given that my initial visit resulted in no meaningful treatment and my condition deteriorated immediately afterward, I did not feel it was r

I had an excellent experience at this urgent care. The staff was professional, courteous, and efficient from check-in to discharge. I truly appreciated the friendly atmosphere and would confidently recommend this facility to others.

First time going to VitalMed, the employees and Doctor were so nice and professional. I was in and out within 45 min. Will definitely be going back whenever I or my family gets sick. 100% recommend this location!
