If I could give an award for the worst display of inhuman decency I would give it to the gentleman that answer the phone. He was condescending when asking for help on my medication and the only thing he could do was say that I will get a text when my medication arrives. A medication they have received since 4/3. No one can give me any information and help find where I could get my monthly prescriptions. Best he could do was to put me on hold and then hang up. The level of service is unacceptable from healthcare provider.
The staff is awesome. The pharmacist Mr Ruiz is always very helpful , Always available to educate us on our meds. We learn something new every time. We appreciate the time he takes with us. Thank you!
I found what I needed but not stocked as well as a self-standing store.
Great customer service if they don’t have my medication they’ll order it and have it by the next day never have any problems
