DOC-AID Urgent Care - Zapata Hwy

I had a great experience at Doc Aid with Doctor Veronica who saw my two daughters. She is very attentive, patient, and never rushed. She took the time to explain everything clearly, listened carefully to all my concerns, and answered every question in a calm and reassuring way. She was also excellent with my kids, which I truly appreciate as a parent. I also want to mention Nurse Albert, who was incredibly sweet, and courteous. He was great with my toddler and made them feel comfortable the entire time. I'm very thankful for the care we received and highly recommend this clinic.

I took my daughter in for cold/flu like symptoms. She was seen by a great FNP named Ronnie. Turns out my daughter has RSV. Unfortunately it’s Christmas Eve and pharmacies are closed, but the nurse practitioner was so helpful! She was so nice and knew exactly how to help us. She provided medicine and treatments to help with the inflammation since my daughter has asthma/reactive airway. I’m am forever grateful to her for the care she provided us. The clinical and front office staff were also very friendly and helpful. Thank you to all the wonderful people at Doc Aid for helping us on Christmas Eve!

Everyone at this location is extremely friendly and professional. The wait times are much better than other clinics I've visited. I highly recommend this clinic; the staff, from the front desk to the nurse techs, and practitioners, treated me with respect and provided excellent care.

We have been going to DocAid for a good while and service has always been exceptional. Today’s visit was quick and smooth from the front desk to the male nurse and ending with the Dr. Zurita. 100% recommend.

The rn, nurses,and the female Dr… were patient and understanding and we got very well treated. I loved it! They’re the mvp. On list hod bless your staffing and they deserve recognition for their hard work and going above and beyond! 🙏🏻🤍🫶🏻
