I was really surprised at the number of biblical scriptures hanging on the walls as well as the New Testament bibles on offer for clients. As an openly LGBTQ person I was really uncomfortable with the atmosphere - I will say that I was always treated with kindness and respect by the employees, but I was always waiting for the other shoe to drop. A few of the other patients did seem to feel emboldened to say bigoted things around/ to me and that’s ultimately why I switched to a different provider. I know that religion can be a helpful tool for those recovering from injuries but I do wish the office was more secular.

I never thought it would work, but it did! I have been going here for approximately 5 months. I came in for chronic neck pain which I've had for almost 8 years. I'm extremely active and have been most of my life. After an initial consultation with Dr. Steve, I was on my way with the PT. Each week they built different things into my sessions. This slowly advanced by strength and movement over time. The occasional adjustments from Dr. Steve helped a ton too. And I loved his philosophy of not wanted to adjust your spine too often. I stopped working out for the first few months of my treatment, which helped. Did I want to stop working out? No, but I LISTENED to their advice and it paid off. You have to do the work. I actually enjoyed my therapy! I found the staff at the front desk to be quick and efficient. Scheduling was a breeze. Appointments right on time. The therapist were amazing and very friendly. To sum it up, it is a feel good environment! Dr Hinkle was very thorough on asking questions to evaluate and choose the right therapy for me. I would highly recommend.

I am recovering from a difficult knee surgery. Vitality has helped me progress with the physical difficulties in my recovery and the staff is very attentative to my special therapy and very knowledgable regarding specific medical and recovery options. I highly reccomend them.

10 out of 10!!!! These guys are awesome and know what they're doing!! I have never felt better. Every person in their office is amazing!!! Scheduling, easy! Co-payment/insurance, easy! If I had to leave a voice mail, I got a call back within 1 hour. So professional!!
