San Judas Adult Care Home LLC

This rating is based on anyone needing Level 3 care for their loved one. This is NOT a level 3 care facility. There are issues with translation/communication as the owner and staff speak Spanish and had a difficult time understanding my mother's needs. They also have staff members that are hard of hearing and told me on multiple occasions that my mothers needs were not met due to a staff member having issues with hearing her calls for help. They are aggressive with handling transfers to the toilet and wheelchair. My mother's Hospice care team ended up advising our family to transfer my mother to a more caring facility where her needs would be met. We did so and had a wonderful experience at Sugars II who were able to care for my Mom in the last 4 weeks of her battle with terminal can

This wonderful home was such a blessing to our family through my Dad's hospice care. Maria is very wise and good at what she does. We are grateful for her care. It's a nice adobe home.

I was only there to visit but our neighbor the "only gringa in the hood" how she affectionately shared was well taken care of until her passing recently. Thanks for caring for her. This is from all of us in the Bilby neighborhood.

Complete neglect. The place is on the market to sell.
