Dr Zech and his team are extremely helpful! If I have questions, I get thorough, in depth responses. If I have insurance issues, they take initiative and send all required paperwork. If for some reason, there’s an issue, it’s resolved within 48 hours. If not resolved, I’m always given alternative options. I don’t want to rant further, but I highly recommend this office!
