Dr. Cucchiara is amazing! She really takes the time to listen to you she tries to connect with you. My experience with her has been nothing but positive, she genuinely takes the time to listen to your concerns and that really speaks volumes as a patient. She is now become my family doctor for my young adult son. Would recommend her to any family member or friend in a heartbeat. Thank you for being so awesome!

No one is ever available when you call. In the last week I have been trying to call to get an answer to a question for an upcoming appointment, I’ve called 20+ times at varying times throughout their open times listed and nothing. Results for labs and other tests are always late and I had to call for results instead of continuing to wait more than a month when they wouldn’t call. I felt rushed the last time I saw the doctor. They charge a fee if you see the doctor for more than 45min but I had a conversation with her for maybe less than 15 min and was charged more just cus I had to be there longer waiting for blood draws but not 45 min with the doctor one on one. I had high hopes for this doctor since I recently moved to Mineola and have been trying to find a reliable and trustworthy docto

Doctors are good but the staff is very rude. I get an attitude when I call and even have gotten hung up when I'm in the middle of speaking. I have also gotten many surprise bills. I kept getting called about my address changing even though I had given it to them multiple times and they had even sent mail to my new address. There's also always a long wait. If you are ok with the rude staff and disorganization of the place then the doctors are ok. I personally gave it around two years and decided it was best to change.

She is awesome. Best doctor I’ve ever seen/ had in my life. She remembers you, and checks in on everything. Very personable, thorough, professional, and funny. I wouldn’t change her for anything. Definitely 5 stars
