Nao Medical - Mineola Urgent Care

NAO is a five star medical institution. It’s rare to find a place that shows they care, not just by what they say, but what they do. Dr. Jain is an absolute professional and easily put my fears to rest. I highly recommend NAO for ALL medical needs.

I had an amazing experience today at Nao Medical. It was my first time there. The staff at the front was very welcoming Jessica & Rosa! In addition Dr. Jain was very thorough & professional! I am glad I found this practice and look forward to being a long time patient here.

Received a very exceptional medical care here. The staff were attentive and the PA was professional, caring and informative. This facility is walking distance from home so the convenience factor is 10/10. The prescription was sent promptly and was ready to pick up by the time I left the office. Made this office my PCP by the end of my visit.

I’ve been going to NAO medical (mostly in Hicksville) for 10 years. The staff and drs have treated me so well. I started going out of convenience but now I go bc they have treated me so well over the years and always go the extra mile if/when I need them. With my busy schedule it’s good to know I have a place that I can go when I need help or basic upkeep with reliable and friendly people.
