Great Doctor, very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Joseph took time to explain to me everything about the diagnosis. We spoke around 15 minutes ( treatment choices based on effectiveness and out of pocket cost). A true doctor that is concerned about the well-being of his patients rather than the commercial side of a health provider. 🙌🙏🏾 Very Pleasant staff 😇 …. And a free nail polish 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

The office in Mineola is clean and employed with a happy staff that greets everyone with warm smiles. My & year old immediately felt at ease. Dr Joe Cione was patient and very careful when dealing with my daughter. He was empathetic and very sweet. Highly recommend!!

Dr Kim and staff were so helpful and kind. Dr Kim is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. She gave me a lot of options for treatment. Staff was friendly and also explained any questions I had. Absolutely recommend. Office was clean and I came during holiday season and was decorated festively.

I recently had an appoint with Dr. Kim. As usual, she was pleasant, informative, and thorough. Her assistant who took my xrays was also professional and pleasant although I arrived late and took her away from her lunch. I would have given five stars, but they young man behind the deak was absolutely horrid! He would not look at me, talk to me respond to any of my attempts to get his attention for about 2-3 minutes. There was someone at the desk, but as I was late, I just wanted to let him know I arrived. Ugh!

Teresa was my receptionist and Nicole was my medical asst. so amazing. I met Dr. Kim who educated myself and my 12 year old daughter who came in with an ingrown toenail. My munchkin left feeling like she could run a marathon. Thank you ladies for being so amazing. I will be back
